Eligibility

You may use Calorie AI only if you are at least 13, or the higher age of digital consent where you live, and you can form a binding agreement. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent or guardian’s guidance.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: see Delete your account and data.

Subscriptions and free trial

• Calorie AI Pro is a paid subscription sold through Google Play, yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or monthly. Prices are shown in Google Play and vary by country.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play. You can cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
• Refunds are decided under Google Play’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves for purchases made through Google Play.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. That includes: breaking the law, trying to break or bypass its security or limits (including the free scan limit), reverse engineering it except where the law allows, scraping it, uploading content you have no right to share, or using it to harm others.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its content belong to Calorie AI or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. Your own data stays yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to run the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Health disclaimer

Calorie AI is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. AI results can be wrong. Read the full Health disclaimer and talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Calorie AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws where you live.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the app. Ending your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel that in Google Play.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app. We will change the date above when we do, and tell you in the app or on this site if a change is significant. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
